The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking career-minded individuals for our Help Desk Analyst I opportunity in Costa Mesa, CA.
Call Center Agent for “internal” IS Help Desk, assisting travel staff with process questions and problem resolution for Travel related systems including Apollo, Globalware and our internal Travel Portal system. If you are currently a travel agent who enjoys the support side of the travel business this is an ideal opportunity. You will be able to interact with the travel agent and help them with their work related challenges. Your ability to know the challenges they are facing is a great asset in this role. Assist with problem notification and problem escalation for general IS-related problems and issues. Agents may also be assigned to participate in projects impacting the business or projects geared towards the improvement of process.Qualifications
Successful candidates have the following qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of Travel reservation experience with Apollo and Globalware systems required. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume call center environment is preferred. Good communication and customer service skills a must. Travel Agent industry certifications not required but preferred. High School Degree required. Experience using BMC Remedy problem management tool preferred.
