Interior for Commercial and MultiFamily project buildsWe also are experienced in sustainable design and construction, with nearly one-half of employees recognized as LEED Accredited Professionals.--- CLICK TO APPLY --- THEN AFTER applying, feel free to email me directly with your current resume in WORD DOC format to Evan.Johnson@CyberCoders.com for more detail about my client!What You Need for this Position 8-12+ years of experience working in a PM role under an established GC doing Pre-Con and Construction Management for Commercial and MultiFamily Construction builds 10 years of a experience in a Construction Project Management/leadership role 5+ years' experience in both Ground UP and T.I./Interior construction Experience managing Large Project budgets ($10 Million to $50+ Million range) Site and in-office experience as a Project Manager working under an established GC Strong detail in cost estimating, scope and unit cost input Strong with hard bidding with subs and owners of projects Experience with ProCore, Prolog, timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PM Web Solutions or other project management software Sales and clientele in the hospitality industry Previously worked with hotel ownership group, REIT, major hotel brand CM and/or Architectural/Engineering Degree (a plus)What You Will Be Doing Read and interpret plans and specifications, perform takeoffs, solicit for proposals from suppliers, subcontractors, and perform an analysis of proposals received.
Procurement of subcontractors, supplies, materials and services.
Develop Critical Path project schedules.
Prepare and review payment applications and requisitions, communicate cost changes and reports financial progress on a monthly basis.
Review and approve all supplier invoices and subcontractor applications for payment.
Review and approve product and other submittals from subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop an effective plan in conjunction with the superintendent for constructing the project with the best means and methods necessary to complete each work activity and project goals.
Communicate the means and methods to all parties associated with the project to ensure understanding of project goals and objectives, and ensure that all means and methods will maximize production, assure quality, minimize costs and promote safety.
